Offer the software free period. It doesn't do much

There is a wider range of free/better converters out there. For what it does the limitations are not worth the price tag.

have it rip .cda files to target format. Also the settings should change from mp3 when another format (say, .flac) is selected.

Change the default install path to 'C:\Program Files\MP4ToMP3Converter', not 'C:\MP4ToMP3Converter'
